In the past two to three years, she has been able to do things such as stay at a dorm at Colombia University and meet executives from different business. This has helped her come to term with what she would like to do in her future.
Now that Briah is a junior in high school she is one year away from graduating and then off to college. With all her classwork, regents and S.A.T Briah has definitely been pushed beyond her comfort zone. Being one year from college Briah has been narrowing down the colleges she would like to attend and participating in internships like Catch a Rising Star. Her goals have never been more clear than now, still with her college prep program HEAF Briah is preparing herself for the college process. With the same drive and aspirations Briah has become a whole new person from the beginning of her high school career to now. Briah continues to challenges herself and participate opportunities that she knows will set herself apart and push her forward to accomplishing her goals.
The goals Briah has set for herself is to graduate with at 3.8 and above grade point average and have internships lined up for the summer before she goes to college. She is now applying to internships that will help her build relationships with these programs. After High school she hopes to attend a four-year university and take the steps for her to get the future job, which is to either be a lawyer or an actress. To fulfill these goals she is visiting different types of colleges to see which one best fits her.

As of today Briah will be attending Virginia State University in the fall.
